Q-ZORB PN 2240-.25 is a flexible elastomeric magnetic absorbing material designed for effective surface current attenuation and electromagnetic interference (EMI) reduction. This product measures 12,Äù x 12,Äù and has a nominal thickness of 0.060,Äù. It is suitable for broadband applications and can be utilized in cavities to lower the Q factor, thereby suppressing EMI. The material is tough and flexible, allowing for die-cutting into various shapes for specific applications. It can be easily bonded using contact adhesives or comes with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive (PSA) for straightforward installation. The product is rated for excellent performance in millimeter wave applications and is well-suited for outdoor use, withstanding direct environmental exposure. Additionally, it has a fire retardant rating of UL-V0 and offers good general weather and chemical resistance.
