The NZ800 is an ultra-flexible RF cable assembly designed for applications such as phased-array radar and laboratory testing, operating from DC to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance. It features a 550 PPM phase stability, ±3° mechanical phase stability, and ±0.1 dB amplitude stability. The cable has a 76% velocity of propagation, 90 dB minimum shielding effectiveness, and a 1700 VDC voltage withstand rating. Its construction includes a stranded silver-plated copper inner conductor, low-density PTFE dielectric, and a PUR jacket, with a minimum bend radius of 32 mm for installation and 80 mm for repeated bending. It operates from -55°C to +85°C, weighs 130 g/m, and maintains attenuation below 101.9 dB/100 m at 18 GHz with average power handling up to 58 W at 18 GHz and +40°C.
