The NSDC-1000-4000-50 is a single directional coupler designed for 1 to 4 GHz applications such as amplifiers, transmitters, laboratory testing, and radar. It handles 50 W average power with an impedance of 50 Ω, insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum for 10 dB coupling and 0.4 dB maximum for 20 dB coupling, VSWR of 1.3 maximum, and directivity of 20 dB minimum. Coupling values are 10 ±1 dB or 20 ±1 dB with ±0.8 dB flatness. The unit mounts via 4 through-holes of 2.3 mm diameter for 10 dB coupling or 3.2 mm for 20 dB coupling and operates from -45 °C to +85 °C. Connector options include SMA female for 10 dB and N female for 20 dB variants.
