The NBR250 is a narrow bend multi-shielded flexible RF cable assembly for high-frequency test applications up to 50 GHz. It has a 50Ω impedance, 75% velocity of propagation, and operates from -55 °C to 125 °C. The cable supports a minimum static bend radius of 8 mm and a repeated bend radius of 20 mm, with a bending life of 100,000 cycles and 5,000 mating cycles. Shielding effectiveness is 90 dB minimum. Phase stability is ±7° under 26 mm radius bending, and mechanical phase stability is <±6° at 40 GHz and <±8° at 50 GHz. Amplitude stability is ±0.08 dB under bending and <±0.2 dB under shaking. It uses a silver-plated copper conductor, low-density PTFE dielectric, and FEP jacket. Weight is 15 g/m. Connector options include SMA, 2.4 mm, and 2.92 mm, all straight orientation.
