The Keysight Technologies N28xxA/B passive probes are designed for general-purpose use with a bandwidth of up to 500 MHz and a high input resistance of 10 M,Ѷ, which minimizes probe loading. These probes feature a 10:1 attenuation ratio, except for the N2889A model, which offers a switchable attenuation ratio of 1:1 and 10:1. They are compatible with Keysight's InfiniiVision and Infiniium Series oscilloscopes that have a 1 M,Ѷ BNC input. The probes have a maximum input voltage of 300 V RMS (or > 400 Vpk) and are rated for CAT I and CAT II applications. They also include a scope compensation range of 5-30 pF and operate within a temperature range of 0 to 50 ¬?C with 80% relative humidity. The cable length is 1.2 m for most models, ensuring flexibility during use. The probes conform to IEC-61010-031:2002 safety standards, making them suitable for various testing environments.
