Keysight’s DSOX4NRZ user-definable Manchester/NRZ trigger and decode software can be customized to support a broad range of serial protocols, including the PSI5 automotive sensor bus, NFC-F, wireless-entry key fobs, and more. This option automatically demodulates near field communication RF signals (13.56 MHz carrier) at 212 kbps and 424 kbps (NFC-F). The DSOX4NRZ Manchester/NRZ software is available on all InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series oscilloscope models.
Encoding: Manchester (2 kbps to 5 Mbps) or NRZ (5 kbps to 5 Mbps)
Idle: 1.5 to 32 bits / Sync-start bits: 0 to 255
Bit order: MSB or LSB
Header field: 0 to 32 bits
Data field: 1 to 255 words / Word size: 2 to 32 bits
Trailer field: 0 to 32 bits
Decoding format: binary, Hex, ASCII, or unsigned decimal
Triggering: SOF, bus value, Manchester errors
