Blue Laser Optical System The use of a blue laser enables ultra-stable and highly accurate measurements. Able to measure on black surfaces or inclines with low reflectance as well as highly reflective metallic surfaces. A very accurate profile is captured even when the target has a mixture of various colors and material finishes. Revolutionary Speed and Stability World's fastest sampling speed among all 2D laser measuring instruments. This makes it possible to measure the various shapes of products on a moving conveyor or through a piece of equipment at high speeds without missing an item. High-speed sampling is also effective in reducing variations in measurement results. An emphasis on inline measurement A position adjustment function is built-in to correct positional misalignment of the targets which removes measurement errors. A high-flex cable for robotic installs and movable fixtures is also included within the lineup. A great deal of time and effort has gone into designing the functions and specifications for incline measurement.
