This unique instrument uses Near Infrared Light for instant non-contact, non-destructive testing of liquid and solid samples. Moisture, fat, oil, protein and other organic components can be simultaneously measured. Includes Tracker software for calibration, measurement and analysis of samples. Connects to the serial port of a PC for calibration and data tracking. Can be run without attachment to the PC once calibration(s) have been loaded into the KJT270. Passwords protect calibrations from unauthorized alteration. An optional printer is available for printed output (without use of PC)
