The NCN-ML4G-T series is a family of N-type RF connectors designed for DC to 18 GHz operation with a 50 Ω impedance. Each variant features a maximum VSWR of 1.15, a voltage withstand rating of 1500 VDC, and a mating cycle life of 500 cycles. The outer conductor is made of passivated SUS303 stainless steel, the inner conductor is gold-plated beryllium copper, and the dielectric is a combination of PEI and PTFE. Operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to +165 °C. The physical dimensions for the connector body are 1.5 mm in diameter, 2 mm in length, and 0.2 mm in thickness, with a tolerance of ±0.2 mm. The connector is designed for applications in wireless, radar, instrumentation, and electronic systems.
