The DC Starter series provides a range of technology platforms to suit applications ranging from ATV’s and motorcycles to ride-on lawn mowers. Starters are available in low voltage DC (up to 12V) and high voltage DC (120/230V) versions for various engine sizes and applications. This range of starters is custom engineered to meet the power and integration requirements of the customer’s application. New starter technologies are under development for heavy duty/commercial engine starters and walk-behind lawn mowers. The platform starters below are examples used in the applications noted.
