Nanomotion FB Series Linear stages provide a compact footprint for precision linear motion. The direct drive motor has simple, robust construction. The FB stages are easily configurable in multi axis with a wide range of slide size, travel and motor size and can be configured with optical encoders for resolutions as high as 10nm.
