Johnson and Allen, Ltd. Fluorescent Magnetic Inspection Ink Neoastra-F

Description
Johnson and Allen produce high grade magnetic inks, for use in the magnetic particle inspection process. Our inks have a high flash point with good particle mobility and use the highest grade of magnetic particles, selected for their response to very low magnetic field strengths and for low coercivity. This makes the ink responsive whilst avoiding coagulation. The carrier base is a highly refined and de-aromatised hydrocarbon. Neoastra-F is available in aerosols, 5 Litre and 25 Litre bulk. This is a fluorescent magnetic inspection ink which should be viewed in a darkened area using UV light with a surface intensity of at least 1,000 μW/cm2 and with no more than 20 Lux background white light. Aerosols are available individually or in boxes of 10.
