Custom flights and feedscrews in an infinite variety of styles, sizes, materials and applications. From 3/8" OD up to 150" OD. Drawing a length of bar stock over a mandrel forms our helicoid flighting. When a helicoids flight is formed the bar stock crushes, that is, it decreases in width, expands at the section next to the axle and decreases at the outside. The amount this crushes varies with the size of the flight.
