MTI85W100GC is a three-phase full-bridge MOSFET module with trench technology, designed for applications such as AC drives, electric power steering, and propulsion systems. The device is packaged in an ISOPLUS-DIL® surface-mount format with a weight of 13 g, featuring an isolated DCB ceramic base plate for enhanced thermal performance. It has a drain-source breakdown voltage of 100 V, continuous drain current of 120 A at 25°C, and a typical on-resistance of 3.2 mΩ. The module supports up to 300 A RMS per pin in main current paths and operates from -55°C to 150°C.
