The IXDE514SIAT/R is a low-side gate driver IC designed for high-speed applications, capable of sourcing and sinking a peak output current of 14A. It operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 30V and supports an extended temperature range from -55¬8C to +125¬8C. The device features a unique ability to disable the output under fault conditions, entering a tristate mode to prevent damage during short circuits.
