The IXDE509PI is a high-speed, low-side gate driver IC designed to drive MOSFETs and IGBTs with a peak output current of 9 Amps. It operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 30V and supports an extended temperature range from -55¬8C to +125¬8C. The device features low propagation delay times, matched rise and fall times, and the ability to drive capacitive loads of up to 1800pF in less than 15ns. A key feature of the IXDE509PI is its output disable capability under fault conditions, allowing for a soft turn-off to prevent damage from over-voltage transients.
