The IXD3265D181MR-G is an ultra-low power synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for high efficiency in battery-operated devices. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.0V to 6.0V and provides a fixed output voltage of 1.8V with an accuracy of ¬±2.0%. The device can deliver an output current of 50mA and features a low quiescent current of 0.50OºA at VOUT=1.8V, making it suitable for applications requiring extended battery life.
