The D-Sub Comb Connector, part number DDMC-43W2S-J, is designed for mixed layouts with a contact arrangement of 43W2, featuring 41 size 20 contacts and 2 empty size 8 cavities. It accommodates wire gauges ranging from AWG 8 to 26 and supports up to 50 mating cycles. The connector has a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC at sea level and a maximum current rating of 7.5 A for signal contacts. Constructed with a steel shell finished in yellow chromate over zinc, the connector is equipped with a thermoplastic insulator rated UL 94V-0 in black. It utilizes a right-angle US footprint contact type made from copper alloy with a gold flash finish. The mounting method includes a 90¬8 metal bracket with a 4-40 fastener and boardlock.
