The table Uprights with a completely open interior offer space for customised inserts. Trays 1200, 1500 and 1800 – sized to match the table – make particularly efficient use of the open space.
If rapid changeover procedures are necessary, these can be executed in seconds when using configurable SystemMobiles L or FIFO trolleys built using Lean Production System D30. While permanently required factory equipment can be mounted on the stable columns, material supplies and/or special tools at the work bench can be completely reconfigured simply by swapping SystemMobiles.
Direct integration into existing process environments is also easy to achieve thanks to full compatibility with all the components in the MB Building Kit System. As a result, the gap between the columns of the Upright can be used to boost productivity to great effect.
