These adapters allow FPGA development using the XILINX Xchecker configuration interface without designing the target board to accept it. Gold plated test points provide access to all of a device's signals. Our adapters replace a ZIF socket on a target board or emulate the FPGA package itself by using a surface mount base or a PLCC plug.
