The 87X8879 is an oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) with a nominal frequency of 10.0 MHz. It features a frequency tolerance of ¬±500 ppb at 25¬8C and a frequency stability of ¬±20 ppb across an operating temperature range of -40¬8C to 85¬8C. The device exhibits low ageing characteristics, with a maximum drift of ¬±5 ppb per day and ¬±500 ppb per year. This OCXO operates at a supply voltage of 3.3V, with a current draw of up to 560 mA during warm-up and 250 mA in steady state at 25¬8C. The warm-up time is a maximum of 5 minutes to reach a frequency stability of ¬±100 ppb. The frequency can be adjusted with a control voltage of 1.65V, allowing for a pulling range of ¬±3 ppm to ¬±8 ppm.
