The 87X8879 is an oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) with a nominal frequency of 10.0 MHz. It features a frequency tolerance of ±500 ppb at 25°C and a frequency stability of ±20 ppb across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device exhibits low ageing characteristics, with a maximum drift of ±5 ppb per day and ±500 ppb per year. This OCXO operates at a supply voltage of 3.3V, with a current draw of up to 560 mA during warm-up and 250 mA in steady state at 25°C. The warm-up time is a maximum of 5 minutes to reach a frequency stability of ±100 ppb. The frequency can be adjusted with a control voltage of 1.65V, allowing for a pulling range of ±3 ppm to ±8 ppm.
