The NEW 7.10™ Pin Oven. In 7 seconds at 10 passes, the new 7.10™ Pin Oven thermally cross link the exterior coating on aluminum or steel beverage cans for base coat or decorating applications. The newly designed air delivery system in the 7.10™ Pin Oven reduces the chain passes from 12 to 10 while maintaining the required time at temperature on the can. Our patent pending air delivery system provides the shortest time to achieve peak metal temperature while eliminating can spoilage. The 7.10™ Pin Oven’s new air delivery design produces product faster and more efficiently than any other on the market today. The cost saving efficiencies gained through the smaller footprint of the 7.10TM Pin Oven starts with improved air delivery transferring energy more efficiently to the can. The 7.10™ Pin Oven requires less passes which ultimately extends the pin chain life plus reduces centrifugal forces to the can.
