Designed to aid coordinated incident response, this framework supports enterprise integration, information-sharing, and the use of customer-specific business rules that handle pre-defined situations, which streamline operations and reduce errors. It includes services for connecting computer-aided dispatch (CAD) messages to/from external systems, an orchestration engine to apply applicable business rules and transform messages in/out of CAD, and the ability to invoke CAD commands via other application products.
