BARB from Deccan is a software tool used to build the static run-cards used within I/CAD. This product eliminates the tedious tasks of constructing orders for every unit which could possibly respond to an incident within each dispatch grid. BARB also fosters interoperability by generating area-wide analysis, handling multiple stations/unit orders and unlimited mutual-aid stations to pre-plan and prepare for unpredictable disaster scenarios.
