The Data Display Transfer Unit (DDTU) includes a 2-line, 16-character LED display with nine control keys, and a PCMCIA card slot or solid state disk for uploading and/or downloading maintenance data.
The DDTU is compatible for use in Night Vision Imaging Systems (NVIS), accepts standard PCMCIA memory cards (in the PCMCIA version), and can be custom-programmed to communicate with an array of aircraft systems.
The unit is part of a family of Display and Transfer Systems (DTS) products for use on both military and commercial aircraft.
