Intel Corporation Voltage Regulators - Linear + Switching EZ6303QI

The EZ6303QI is a triple output power module featuring a 2.2A DC-DC buck converter and two 300mA low-dropout (LDO) regulators, all housed in a compact 7mm x 4mm x 1.85mm QFN package. It operates with a high efficiency of up to 96% and supports an input voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V for the buck converter and 1.6V to 3.6V for the LDOs. The output voltage for the buck converter ranges from 0.6V to 3.0V, while the LDOs can output between 0.9V and 3.3V. The device includes independent input and output terminals, output enable controls, and power OK flags for each output. It features programmable soft-start for the buck converter and incorporates multiple protection mechanisms, including over-current, short circuit, under-voltage, thermal, and pre-bias protections. The EZ6303QI is designed for applications requiring low noise and high reliability, such as powering Intel FPGAs and other low power or space-constrained applications. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for lead-free manufacturing processes.
