Lumissil Microsystems LED Drivers IS32LT3124B-ZLA3-TR

The IS32LT3124B-ZLA3-TR is a quad-channel linear LED driver capable of sourcing up to 150mA per channel, with a total maximum output current of 600mA when channels are combined. It operates within a supply voltage range of 5.0V to 28V and can withstand load dump conditions up to 42V. The device features PWM dimming and shutdown control, with individual dimming capabilities via external resistors for each channel. Dynamic Headroom Control (DHC) is optional and can be implemented with an external PMOS FET to reduce thermal stress on the IC. The driver includes fault protection and reporting features, such as open/short circuit detection and over-temperature protection, enhancing system reliability. The IS32LT3124B is AEC-Q100 qualified and is designed for automotive applications, including interior and exterior lighting. It comes in a thermally enhanced eTSSOP-16 package, suitable for high-temperature environments ranging from -40¬8C to +125¬8C.
