The IS25LP080D-JVLE is an 8Mbit Serial Flash memory device from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. It operates with a single voltage supply ranging from 2.30V to 3.60V and features a low power consumption profile, with an active read current of 10 mA and a standby current of 8 ¬µA. The device supports a wide temperature range, with options for extended temperatures from -40¬8C to +105¬8C and automotive grade from -40¬8C to +125¬8C. This memory device utilizes a 4-wire SPI interface and supports various modes including standard SPI, Dual I/O, Quad I/O, and QPI, achieving read speeds of up to 133 MHz and equivalent QPI speeds of 532 MHz. It allows for efficient data throughput, making it suitable for applications requiring high performance and low latency. The IS25LP080D-JVLE also features advanced security protections, including software and hardware write protection, a dedicated security area, and a unique 128-bit ID for each device.
