The IS25LP020E-JNLE is a 2Mbit (256Kbyte) serial flash memory device from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. It operates with a single voltage supply ranging from 2.30V to 3.60V and features a low power consumption profile, with an active read current of 6 mA and a standby current of 17 ¬µA. The device supports multiple interfaces, including standard SPI, Multi-I/O SPI, and Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI), allowing for high-speed data transfer rates of up to 104 MHz, which can achieve equivalent clock rates of 416 MHz in QPI mode.
