The IS25LP020E-JNLE is a 2Mbit (256Kbyte) serial flash memory device from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. The device supports multiple interfaces, including standard SPI, Multi-I/O SPI, and Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI), allowing for high-speed data transfer rates of up to 104 MHz, which can achieve equivalent clock rates of 416 MHz in QPI mode. This memory device is designed for applications requiring efficient data retention and flexibility, supporting more than 100,000 erase/program cycles and over 20 years of data retention.
