The TLE9241QU is an integrated circuit (IC) for use in automatic transmission control modules Two gate drive outputs are included for controlling a reverse polarity protected high-side switch typically used to switch off power to the control module while the module is in a sleep state. Two high-side gate drive channels are also included for controlling two “safety” switches. These switches are typically used to provide power to the transmission solenoids.
