OptiMOS™ integrated point-of-load 20 A single output high efficiency buck regulator The IR3888A OptiMOS™ IPOL 20 A is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator with patented fast Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme. It simplifies the design effort, while enable an enhanced transient response and improved Vout regulation. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the IR3888A a small footprint, high efficiency solution for various point-of-load applications requiring.
