Impro is capable of meeting material specifications according to ASTM, SAE, AISI, ACI, DIN, EN, ISO, and GB standards. We pour investment castings of more than 100 different ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. We have both green sand and resin sand casting processes for iron sand castings weight from a few pounds up to 20 tons. Sand casting materials include a variety of ductile irons, grey irons and compacted graphite irons.
Our sales and engineering services centers are located in Los Angeles and Chicago. We provide on-site engineering support for material selection and design optimization. We have in house heat treatment, surface treatment and laboratory testing, many of these special processes are NADCAP certified. We have multiple warehouse locations in the USA to provide Just-In-Time delivery and other logistics services.
