Pin holding clamps are used for secure, space-saving clamping of plates using a wedge mechanism and clamping pins. The clamp features a plastic knob and is constructed from S45C steel with a polyamide knob and stainless steel components. It is available in two sizes: 0625-10 and 0834-14, with clamping forces of 110 N and 150 N respectively. The shear strength is 1100 N for the 0625-10 and 1800 N for the 0834-14, with tensile strengths of 250 N and 400 N respectively. Repeatability is ±0.25 mm, and spacing tolerance is ±0.1 mm. A spacer (QCASP) is required for plate thicknesses under 6 mm. The clamp operates with an 'ON/OFF' indicator and is designed for use with locating pins for accurate alignment.
