The powder coated aluminum alloy housing of the MHV-16L32 provides excellent impact resistance, along with the excellent IP66 ingress protection rating provided once the assembly is completed with the base housing, and compatible M32 cable gland. Additionally, the MHV-16L32 effectively prevents unintentional disconnection 2 pegs meant to mate with the single lever latching mechanism equipped on the base mount.
