Our super precision positioning tables offer ultra-precise running accuracy and high load capacity by incorporating IKO’s Super X linear roller way on a rigid cast iron bed. An advanced closed-loop control system that incorporates a linear encoder with a resolution of 0.016µm guarantees superior positioning accuracy. Four sizes are available with table widths from 120 to 420 millimeters. Built-in C-lube lubrication components guarantee long life and maintenance-free operation for five years or 20,000 kilometers. Optional low dust-generating grease is available for use in clean room applications.
