Our TU precision positioning tables are slim and compact positioning mechanisms that feature a U-shaped track rail and slide table. The table resides within the track rail as part of a complete linear motion rolling guide assembly designed with two rows of large-diameter steel balls in four-point contact with raceways.
This specialized design enables both high accuracy and high rigidity, even under fluctuating and complex loads.
Six sizes are available with track rail widths from 25 to 130 millimeters.
Optional bellows to prevent dust ingression and black chrome surface treatments to prevent corrosion are available.
Table length, ball screw type, motor and sensors may be customized to meet the needs of specific applications.
