Corrosion-resistant stainless steel is used for all major components.

Maximum table speed is 150 millimeters per second when specified with a high-lead ball screw and high-torque servomotor.
Slide tables are available in both standard and long versions with steppers or AC servomotors.
Optional sensors are available if required.
