The SBS®XPRO Panel Mount Receptacle Housing Kit is a sealed connector designed for rugged outdoor applications, featuring 3 power and 8 signal positions. It supports wire sizes from 12 to 4 AWG for power contacts and 24 to 20 AWG for signal contacts, with a current rating up to 140A and voltage rating of 600V AC/DC. The connector is rated for 5,000 mating cycles, operates from -20°C to 105°C, and meets IP68 protection standards for submersion up to 6 feet for 30 minutes. The housing, cable clamps, signal holder, and panel mount hardware are included in the kit. Components are constructed from PC/PBT housing with stainless steel latches and silicone O-rings, meeting UL94 V0 flammability rating and touch safety requirements per UL 62368-1 and IEC 60529 (IP2X).
