The housing is made of PC/PBT with stainless steel latches and silicone O-rings, meeting UL94 V0 flammability requirements. It operates from -20°C to 105°C and supports 5,000 mating cycles. The plug housing accommodates power wires from 12 to 4 AWG and signal wires from 24 to 20 AWG. It is rated for 600V AC/DC with a dielectric withstand voltage of 2,200V AC.
