The SBS®X-75A receptacle housing is a sealed power connector designed for environmental protection in industrial, commercial, and outdoor applications. It supports up to 140A current and 600V AC/DC, with an IP68 rating for full water protection up to 30 minutes at 6 feet when mated. The housing is compatible with 4 AWG to 10 AWG power conductors and features positive metal latches for vibration resistance and a built-in cable clamp providing 60 lb. (267 N) pull-out retention. It operates from -20°C to 105°C and is rated for 5,000 mating cycles. The housing meets UL 1977, UL 50E, UL 60950-1, UL 62368-1, and IEC 60529 standards. The part is supplied as a female receptacle housing with integrated latches and O-rings, designed to mate with panel mount plug or receptacle housings.
