The SB120 Plus housing, identified by the part number 6810G3, is a red, genderless connector housing designed to accommodate Extended Range Contacts for wire sizes up to #1 AWG (42.4 mm²) and rated for 190 amperes at 75°C. It supports up to 10,000 mating cycles with no load and 60 amperes under hot plug conditions at 120V. The housing has a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.575 inches, an operating temperature range of -20°C to 105°C, and meets UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
