The 5916G6 is a green Powerpole® standard housing designed for use with PP75 contacts, supporting wire sizes from 6 to 12 AWG (13.3 to 3.3 mm²) and rated for 70 amperes under UL and 40 amperes under CSA (30C rise), with a 600 VAC/DC voltage rating. It features a polycarbonate housing, UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and operates from -20°C to 105°C. The housing is compatible with SPEC Pak® High Power sealed connectors rated IP68, suitable for applications requiring rugged, waterproof interconnects in harsh environments. Maximum contact resistance is 0.20 milliohms, with a contact retention force of 50 lbf (222 N).
