Powerpole® PP180 contacts are silver-plated copper contacts rated for up to 260 amperes at 600 volts AC/DC, with a contact barrel suitable for 4 AWG (21.2 mm²) wire. They feature a high mating force of 170 lbf (756 N), a maximum contact resistance of 0.10 milliohms, and operate from -20°C to 105°C. Contacts meet UL94 V-0 flammability standards and are designed for use in SPEC Pak® High Power connectors with IP68 environmental sealing. Mating cycles are rated at 10,000 without load.
