The PP180 contact is a silver-plated copper contact designed for 3/0 AWG (85 mm²) wire, rated for 260 amperes at 600 volts AC/DC, with an average contact resistance of 0.10 milliohms and a contact retention force of 170 lbf (756 N). It operates from -20°C to 105°C and meets UL94 V-0 flammability standards. The contact is compatible with Powerpole® housings and is rated for 10,000 mating cycles.
