The PP120 series Powerpole connectors are housings designed for wire contacts up to 1/0 AWG (50 mm²) and capable of handling up to 240 amps. The 1321G8 housing is gray and compatible with reducing bushings to accommodate wires as small as 8 AWG (10 mm²). It features silver-plated copper contacts with low resistance, supports up to 10,000 mating cycles, and is rated for hot plugging up to 60 amps at 120V DC. The housing is made of polycarbonate with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and meets IEC 60529 IP20 for touch safety. It operates from -20°C to 105°C and has a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2,200 V AC. Mating and unmating forces are specified at 8 lbf (36 N), and the housing is designed for use with Anderson Power recommended tooling.
