The PP120 series Powerpole® housing in red (Part Number 1321G3) accommodates wire sizes from 8 AWG (10 mm²) to 1/0 AWG (50 mm²) with reducing bushings, and is rated for up to 240 amps with silver-plated copper contacts. It features a UL rating for hot plugging up to 60 amps and meets UL94 V-0 flammability standards. The housing is made of polycarbonate and supports stackable configurations for multipole arrangements. Its dielectric withstanding voltage is 2,200 V AC, and it operates from -20°C to 105°C. The connector is rated for 10,000 mating cycles and complies with IEC 60529 IP20 for touch safety when mated.
