The 1309G8 is a hand crimp tool designed for crimping PP15/45 series reeled contacts with wire sizes 16 to 18 AWG (1.3 to 0.52 mm²) that are tin plated. It is intended for use with loose piece contacts only and is not compatible with reeled contacts, which require a press applicator. The tool includes a die and locator for precise crimping.
