The SB™ Smart Charger housing (CHRG-G4) is a black, selective keyed connector housing designed to mate only with Battery (BAT-G1) and Vehicle (VEH-G2) housings, preventing incorrect connections. It combines two primary power contacts rated for up to 230 amps with sixteen auxiliary power or signal contacts rated for up to 15 amps each, enabling integrated high-power, low-power, and signal routing in a single interconnect. The housing supports hot-plug capability for power contacts up to 60A at 120VDC and auxiliary contacts up to 5A at 120VDC. Gold-plated auxiliary contacts ensure signal reliability, and silver-plated power contacts provide low resistance with stainless steel springs. The physical dimensions are 80.0 mm length, 38.8 mm width, and 15.3 mm height.
