EMC Shield Clamp 37671.100 is designed for C section rails C30 and accommodates cable shields with diameters ranging from 8 mm to 18 mm. It features a maximum shield diameter of 45.9 mm and provides integrated strain relief, ensuring compliance with EN 62444 standards. The clamp is constructed from spring steel and mild steel, both of which are zinc plated for durability. It offers vibration-proof properties and can be mounted using screw-type, clamping, or snap-in methods. The design allows for easy assembly and removal, while the spring mechanism maintains consistent contact with the cable shield without requiring adjustments. EMC shield clamps are used, where the shield of cables must be connected to the ground potential. They are easy to use and effective in grounding single cable shields.
When using types with integrated strain relief cables can be fixed via the cable jacket using cable ties. Thus strain relief in accordance with EN 62444 is achieved. We also offer EMC shield clamps with double strain relief function acc. to PROFINET installation guidelines.
Due to its special design the clamping ranges of the MSKL are very large while the dimensions are comparatively small. (Example: MSKL 3-12, assembled with a 12 mm cable shield: width 26.25 mm).
The shield clamps can be mounted on C section rails C30 using the SC screw foot.
With the LFC cable shield clamp the cable shield is directly contacted at the C section rail. Your existing cable clamp can still be used for strain relief. The LFC clamp is simply snapped onto the C-rail and is then fixed using the screw of your cable clamp.
