The HPS-CF series Chromatic Confocal sensor is a high-precision non-contact displacement sensor with measuring accuracy of nanometers. It is not affected by the material, shape, color and reflection of the object to be measured. Besides, it features ultra-large angle characteristics and coaxial measurement method.
It consists of a controller and a sensor head. You can select the sensor head first according to your working distance, measuring range and accuracy requirement.There are 13 models of sensor head and 3 models of controller.
It can be used for thickness/distance/displacement measurement of both transparent and opaque materials. Such as, mobile phone’s camera module and motherboard measurement,curved glass profile measurement, chip measurement,glass thickness measurement, LCD screen inspection, wafer depth/thickness inspection, glue/film thickness measurement.
